AVM Automotive Consulting offers professional services to owners, insurers and financiers of vehicles. They include consultation regarding prototypes, one-off, special purpose, antique, classic, exotic and custom vehicles, in addition to
motorcycles, motor homes, trucks, auto parts and related equipment of all
types. AVM has appraised vehicles as old as an 1865 James Smith Pumper, to
vehicles right off of the assembly line along with proto types and one off
customs. AVM provides lease return appraisals for US and Foreign OEM companies and is pre qualified to provide appraisals for one of the major insurers that insure new and used car dealers. He has provided appraisals for Manheim Auto Auctions group, along with other New and Used Car Dealers and other automotive entities. 
   AVM's senior appraiser (A. V. Monopoli) has provided expert testimony in
courts in multiple states on automotive valuations and related issues. Mr. Monopoli qualifies as an automotive appraiser under Internal Revenue Service guidelines. His liquidation experience includes consulting, valuations and auctioning of automotive parts, and related articles.

   Mr. Monopoli participates yearly in continuing education offered by the IAAA (International Automotive Appraisers Association), I-CAR (The Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair), The Auto Mediators Association and The All Auto Appraisal Industry Conference. He attends local and national auctions throughout the United States to keep up with trends in the market.

collector cars (as presented at the Russo and Steele Auctions AZ and CA.),
along with automotive insurance fraud (as presented at the Largest Insurer
Claims Conference in the United States in NV) and a collector car owners’ estate
